On 24th September 2021 NSS day was celebrated in our college by the NSS committee marking the centenary birthday of Father of our nation Mahatma Gandhi under the guidance of our beloved Principal Dr.S.Karthiga Kannan. The theme for this year NSS day was "Covid Vaccination Awareness". There was an active participation of all undergraduates students and staffs to make this programme a success. The Pricipal Dr.S.Karthiga Kannan gave a speech on importance of NSS day. The student volunteers addressed the various activities and role of students in NSS. An awareness video signifying the importance of Covid Vaccination was made by student volunteers was released by the Principal as a part of celebration. This video along with placard and also query desk was available through out the day to resolve doubts and clarification on Covid Vaccination to all the patients. Students volunteers actively participated in Covid Vaccination Awareness poster competition and the winners were awarded with certificate.
