HR Policy

The bone of the institution is the teaching staff and non teaching staff. The growth and upliftment of the Institution is purely dependent on the commitment and hard work. Considering this the institute offers welfare measures .They are mentioned as follows.

TEACHING STAFF:

→ For both Teaching and Non-teaching staff,  the Institution provides free accommodation facility in and around campus.
There are several leaves made available for the teaching and non-teaching staff accordingly.
On joining, the Institution provides aprons for teaching staff and uniform to non-teaching staff which is free of cost.
Faculty members are given promotion for attending conferences, workshops, seminars, and also for higher education.
Self-development programs and faculty development programs such as interdisciplinary CDE, ISPRP, National level conferences etc. are organized for faculty members.
A well-functioning staff development and welfare committee is present which addresses their various issues and reaches at a favorable decision.
For the better bonding between the staff members, Institution organizes staff meet and annual staff trip or outing day to nearby tourist or other scenic destinations along with their family members.
Well-equipped Gym and all the other means of physical fitness facilities are made available for the staffs.
Yoga and other varieties of classes are also arranged and staffs are encouraged to participate in that.
Free Wi-Fi facilities are provided to the staff members.
Employment provident fund,

Free transport facility for staff.
Concessional/subsidized medical and dental care for family.

Canteen facilities are available for the staff.

NON-TEACHING STAFF:

Employment Provident Fund (employee drawing salary less than Rs.15,000/- per month with 12 interests) for all the staff
Group health insurance for staff.
Health insurance (Bajaj alliance for non-teaching).
Employee drawing salary of above Rs.4,000/- per month will be covered under BANGARU ADIGALAR HEALTH SCHEME.
Interest free salary in advance deducted in12 month installment can be availed once in a year.
30 Concessional/subsidized medical and dental care for self and family.
Bus facility is available for Non-teaching staff members.
Canteen facilities are available for non-teaching staff.
Clinical Skill development courses are organized for non- teaching staff to enhance their skills in work environment.
