- Constant and sustained efforts leads to unmatched success. With the Initiative to GO GREEN and SAVE NATURE , we at APDCH inaugurated Electronic medical Records and patient management software on 28/09/2020.
- Digitalised case sheets enables safe storage of patient details for long term follow up, confidentiality of patient reports and easier Inter Departmental references and documentation in a uniform portal.
- Each and every doctor and student at APDCH will be provided with Individual DIGITAL TABLET for case documentation. These digital entries will be shared within a common platform to all doctors involved in managing the patient.
- With the electronic record system patient can be simultaneously educated on the chairside with details of treatment to be done and necessary post operative instruction videos can be visually explained to patient. Patient will be given a comprehensive care with this latest addition. This state of the art facility which belonged to elite corporate hospitals is now available in our prestigious Institution.
