First Mentor committee meeting for the academic year 2020-21 was conducted on 9^th September 2020 after obtaining the concurrence and approval from the IQAC chairperson Prof.Dr.A.Vasanthakumari , Principal and IQAC coordinator Prof.Dr.V.Sudhakar.

The agenda discussed within the mentor committee members were:

• New guidelines were planned to be framed for the Mentoring process and the committee standard operating policy. All the members were asked to give their suggestions regarding the same.
• Individual Mentor in- charge staff members to collect Mentor assessment card from the students allotted to them and submit it to the committee.
• Annual plan of activities for the academic year 2020-21 to be were identified and to be formulated.
