The Department of Public Health Dentistry conducted a Continuing Dental Education program on "SAMPLING DESIGN IN RESEARCH" by guest speaker Dr.Shyam Sivaswamy. All HOD's, faculties, first-year postgraduate students, and interns actively participated in the program. The guest lecture was followed by an interactive session on the basics of biostatistics and sample size calculation. The participants were given hands-on worksheets for the different clinical scenario and made to solve them. A demonstration of G-POWER software was provided at the end of the session.
